# Fees and cashback reference

Use this page to check HoodCard’s published top-up fee and cashback rates before funding or spending.

### Top-up fee

Every card top-up has a flat `3%` fee. HoodCard deducts the fee from the asset you send.

The fee uses the same token as your top-up. HoodCard has no other stated top-up charge.

### Cashback rates

| Eligible activity | Reward rate          | Reward delivery                |
| ----------------- | -------------------- | ------------------------------ |
| Card top-up       | 2% fixed             | Tokenized stock to your wallet |
| Card spend        | 2% to 5%, randomized | Tokenized stock to your wallet |

Every top-up receives the fixed rate. Card spending selects a rate within the published range. Each reward selects one token from the designated cashback asset pool.

### Important notes

* Network gas is separate from the HoodCard top-up fee.
* Gas uses ETH on Robinhood Chain.
* Cashback tokens go directly to your connected wallet.
